Median Sales Prices Jumps To Historic Levels in Kailua Kona
Median sales price for a single family home in West Hawaii shot up past $900k and condo median sales price is $425k. Condo sales are on fire as people feel priced out of single family homes.
We also discussed the “Immediate Sales” Phenomenon, where a home will have an open house and then all offers are presented to the seller within a week and the home will be purchased within days of first entering the market.
