Merry and Bright Hawaii Island Housing Update!

I asked my Realtor and mortgage partners to bring the “Merry and Bright” this month for our monthly TTT, Third Thursday at Three Zoom call with Realtors from around the island and mortgage pros, too!

Lots of great info here, including questions from the homebuyers on the Zoom call.

We covered some interesting facts that included that you don’t have to be all cash to get a single family home in Hawaii. We also are seeing more inventory starting to hit the market, AND we are making sure homebuyers don’t buy their plane tickets to start living their best life in the islands until you KNOW escrow is closing on time!
